As with its predecessor, there aren't a lot of actual fighting game mechanics, with most of the battles boiling down to dashing around, wailing on your enemies, and launching super moves. SuperSonic Warriors 2 can be a fun DBZ simulator with characters flying across the screen. Their approach is similar to Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi in that one focuses on traditional fighting, and the other focuses on being a DBZ simulator.
